- 1Open the Guzman y Gomez app, go to the menu, and choose Refer a Friend.
- 2Send your personal referral link by message, email, or social apps.
- 3When your friend creates a GOMEX account through that link and spends at least $10, 100 points credit to your profile automatically.
What you get
The published Refer a Friend flow rewards the existing GOMEX member, not a separate advertised bonus for the friend. The invitee must register as a new user via your link and complete a purchase of at least $10 for the referrer to qualify.
Referrer side: 100 GOMEX Points after friend spends $10+
Eligibility and gotchas
- The $10 minimum spend must be met on the friend's qualifying purchase; signup alone does not pay points.
- 150 GOMEX Points convert to $10 GYG Dollars for app, web, or in-store barcode checkout.
- Confirm current app terms before sharing; restaurant promotions can change independently of referrals.
