What you get and what you need to do
What you need to do
- 1In the KX Pilates app, open More, then Refer a friend, and send your unique referral purchase link.
- 2Your friend installs the KX app for the first time, registers at your home studio, and receives $10 credit toward their first pack.
- 3When they complete that first purchase through the app, KX adds $20 credit to your profile at the same studio.
What you get
Existing KX clients generate a referral purchase link in the KX app under More and Refer a friend. New clients who download the app for the first time, create an account at the referring studio, and make a first purchase using the $10 credit trigger a $20 account credit for the referrer. Credits are studio-specific, not transferable between locations, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Referrer side: $20 account credit after friend first purchase
Eligibility and gotchas
- Referrals work only through the KX mobile app, not desktop booking flows.
- Credits apply at the studio linked to the referral and cannot be moved to another KX location.
- Only brand-new KX clients qualify; returning members or other studios may block the promotion.
Double-check expiry, eligibility and exclusions on the provider's site before you sign up.
