What you get
Australian residents aged 18+ who have never held a Tixel account can receive A$10 Tixel credit when they register through a valid referral link or code. The inviter receives A$10 credit on the date the new user completes their first genuine ticket purchase (selling or listing alone does not qualify). Credit applies to checkout totals including ticket price and service fees, must be used on separate orders of at least A$50 before credit, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Eligibility and gotchas
- Self-referrals, spam distribution and commercial link posting are prohibited.
- Refunds or chargebacks on the qualifying purchase can cancel inviter rewards.

Is Tixel signup credit available before I buy?
Yes. Eligible new users receive ten dollars credit at account creation. Your inviter is paid when you complete your first genuine buyer purchase, subject to Tixel fraud checks.
Does selling a ticket on Tixel unlock the inviter bonus?
No. The inviter reward requires your first purchase as a buyer. Listing or selling does not count toward referral credit.
What is the minimum order to spend Tixel referral credit?
Each credit needs an order total of at least fifty dollars including fees before the credit is deducted. There is no minimum purchase amount for the transaction that unlocks the inviter reward.
How long does Tixel referral credit last?
New-user credit expires 90 days after issue. Inviter credit expires 365 days after issue. Check balances in your Tixel account before checkout.
