What you get
New buyers who join through a personal referral link and verify a phone number receive a random Whatnot credit amount revealed during signup, commonly between about A$10 and A$200 depending on campaign randomization. Credit applies to eligible purchase subtotals, not shipping or fees. Referrers receive matching credit after the friend first order is completed and delivered.

Eligibility and gotchas
- Cancelled, refunded, or disputed orders do not qualify for referrer matching credit.
- Credits expire about 90 days after issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits apply only to subtotals in your local currency with sellers transacting in that currency.
