What you need to do
- 1Open the Exetel app and copy your Refer a Friend code from the home screen or EXEmoves tab.
- 2Share the code with someone signing up for an eligible One Plan on NBN HFC or FTTP.
- 3They enter the code at checkout; once their line is active and billing starts, the $1 credits apply to both accounts each month.
What you get
A new customer who joins Exetel The One Plan with your referral code at checkout receives a recurring $1 discount on their monthly broadband bill. The credit continues while both your service and theirs remain active and eligible.
Referrer side: $1 off your bill per active referral (stacks)
Eligibility and gotchas
- Each $1 credit drops off if either you or that friend disconnects or falls out of good standing.
- Total monthly discounts cannot exceed 100% of your plan fee (Exetel cites 80 referrals on an $80 plan as the path to a $0 bill).
- There is no cap on how many friends you can refer, but only active connections count toward your stack.
