- 1Share your Superloop referral code or Free with Friends link with someone ordering an eligible home broadband plan.
- 2They paste the code in the Promo Code or Referral Code field during online checkout before the order is submitted.
- 3After Superloop activates the service and the friend pays the first monthly plan charge, Superloop applies the 10% discounts to both accounts on subsequent bills.
What you get
New Superloop Home Broadband customers (nbn, fibre or fixed wireless where available) who sign up with a valid referral code or link receive 10% off their plan fee, up to $10 per month, for up to six months once the connection is active and the first invoice is paid. The referring Superloop customer receives the same 10% credit (also capped at $10 per month per friend) on a later bill.

Eligibility and gotchas
- Referral codes cannot be added after an account is already built; customer service usually cannot link retroactive signups.
- Each friend discount lasts up to six months and drops off if they cancel early or if you exceed Superloop stacking caps.
- Stacking many referrals can reduce your bill by up to 100% while those friends stay connected, but each slot still respects the monthly $10 cap.
