- 1In Revolut, open Invite friends and share your unique referral link with someone who has never held a Revolut personal account.
- 2Your friend registers through that exact link, completes identity verification, and tops up from external funds (debit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay - not Revolut-to-Revolut transfers).
- 3They order a physical Revolut card and make the number of qualifying card purchases, each meeting the minimum spend shown on your campaign screen, before the campaign deadline.
What you get
Revolut Australia referral campaigns focus on rewarding the person who shared the link. The invited friend may receive promotional perks shown at signup, but there is no guaranteed cash bonus for new users. The referrer sees a personalised reward amount, step list, invite limit, and expiry date in the Invite friends section of the Revolut app.

Eligibility and gotchas
- Gambling, gift cards, currency exchange, peer-to-peer transfers, and ATM withdrawals do not count toward purchase milestones.
- Purchases must settle with merchants before the countdown ends; pending transactions may not qualify.
- Revolut caps successful referral payouts at five friends per campaign window, and reward amounts differ between campaigns.
- Cash usually lands in your primary AUD balance within about three to five business days after Revolut confirms every step.
